I bought a pair of glasses TWO weeks ago (July 1) and they haven't arrived yet (july 15).
One star is due to the fact discounted glasses uses a mickey mouse company as Post NL to ship the parcel,other services take 3-5 days for standard delivery from UK to Italy.

What is the point of marketing a same day delivery when you work with such inefficient courier service? I need the merchandise arriving within reasonable time according to what I chose, one week is fine but two weeks and counting....No, not acceptable
